Modern radio systems and mobile communications technology provide a multitude of configuration options for almost every application. BESCom carries out the programming and parametrisation of the devices professionally and tailored specifically to the application in question.

For digital TETRA and DMR radio systems, as well as analogue trunking, the following applies: there is no ready-made solution to be selected from a catalogue. All parts of the system, the devices and software are extremely powerful and highly complex in their programmable properties.

Our experts familiarise themselves with the details of all customer requirements.

On the basis of these findings, we create accurate relationship matrices for all feasible communication scenarios. This “communication relationship concept” forms the basis for the parametrisation.

Step 3

The projected infrastructure and all necessary terminal devices are programmed in such a way that the required parameters are met reliably and with maximum accuracy. On both the hardware and software side.

Reliable accessibility, both in remote areas and those generally difficult to reach with radio signals, is given just as much priority as the greatest possible interception protection and generally the protection of sensitive content in radio communication through encryption.

Last but not least: First project planning, then customising

Once the programmers are involved, important project phases such as infrastructure planning and system component installation are generally already completed. Ultimately, we need to have created the basis for radio communication, once this is to be prepared for practical use in everyday operations. The corresponding programming of the radio devices and related peripheral equipment thus represents one of the final phases before a successful system start.

Prioritisation of emergency calls
In the event of an emergency, it is possible to temporarily interrupt all other radio communication. Emergency calls to all wireless devices are given priority.

Radio message to a single person; selected using a preprogrammed speed dial number like a telephone. The advantage? 1:1 communication possible without anyone listening in.

Classic group calls
One person talks and everyone listens. A radio message can be automatically sent to all network participants.

Unlimited scalability
Almost unlimited groups of participating devices can be added to the system. Assignment to a group, as well as the authorisation for group and single calls, can be individually programmed according to the communication relationship concept.

Intuitive operation
Devices and software are programmed in such a way that they are easy to navigate even for inexperienced users. For example, a preset call is automatically set up simply by pressing the talk button.
